FOSTA participated in the 17th Bridge Conference held by China National Bridge and Structure Engineering Sub-Society of China Civil Engineering Society. 400 delegates attended and 230 papers were presented at the Conference.
FOSTA demonstrated her commercial projects, sensors and interrogators including 2m long gauge-length embeddable and surface-mountable sensors, steel cable sensor, field battery-operated interrogator, data acquisition software, and BS8110 concrete structural analysis software. |

Dr Dennis Song, FOSTA's managing director presented a paper on "Structural Health Monitoring using Fibre Optic Sensors" at Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) Conference on "Buildable Design and Construction of Tall Buildings" at Amara Hotel. More than 200 engineers and academia participated in the one-day conference.
